Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and beetjdb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the beetjdb website located at https://beetjdb.net, including all subpages, services, games, promotions, and payment facilities offered therein.

By creating a beetjdb account, logging into an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the beetjdb platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account and must cease using the beetjdb platform immediately.

beetjdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, beetjdb will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account or via a notification displayed upon next login. Your continued use of the beetjdb platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Eligibility

Access to the beetjdb platform is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while holding an active beetjdb account.
• You are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of beetjdb or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your beetjdb account permanently closed for Terms violations.

1.2 Amendments and Notifications

beetjdb may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice for minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect player rights. For substantive changes — including modifications to bonus terms, withdrawal policies, or account verification requirements — beetjdb will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice where reasonably practicable. Players who do not accept the amended Terms may close their account and withdraw any eligible real-money balance before the effective date of the changes.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and sports betting features on beetjdb, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and kept up to date.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active beetjdb account at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. beetjdb employs automated detection systems to identify multiple accounts linked by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or personal information. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances — including real-money deposits and bonus funds — may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

beetjdb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents at any of the following stages:

• Upon first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds;
• When beetjdb's risk monitoring systems flag unusual account activity;
• At any time at beetjdb's sole discretion for compliance purposes.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address documents may also be requested. beetjdb reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is completed to its satisfaction.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beetjdb account login credentials, including your username and password. beetjdb strongly recommends enabling OTP two-factor authentication, available in your account security settings. You must notify the beetjdb support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. beetjdb is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

beetjdb processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective payment provider, in addition to the rules set out in this section.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on beetjdb is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may also be subject to account-level limits set under the responsible gaming tools. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 60 seconds of submission. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes depending on card issuer processing times.

beetjdb does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please consult your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay terms for details. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. beetjdb targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request, although processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional compliance checks are required.

beetjdb reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal if there is any reason to believe that funds may be connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. beetjdb is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and in full.

3.3 Failed and Rejected Transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails due to technical reasons, the funds involved will be returned to the originating payment account within a reasonable timeframe determined by the payment provider. beetjdb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Bangladeshi banking network conditions. 4. Bonuses & Promotions

beetjdb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and BPL season. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the beetjdb promotions page at the time the offer is made available. The following general rules apply to all beetjdb promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your beetjdb account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type — typically, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games and sports betting contributions will be specified per promotion.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse beetjdb's bonus system is strictly prohibited. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using bonus funds across games or bet types excluded from the applicable promotion; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. beetjdb reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings without notice where abuse is identified.

4.3 Expiry

All bonuses on beetjdb carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not completed by the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from the account. Expiry dates are clearly communicated in the terms of each individual promotion and displayed in the player's account bonus section. beetjdb does not extend bonus expiry dates under any circumstances.

5. Game Rules & Betting

The beetjdb platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, crash games, and sports betting markets. Each game and betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market page. The general rules in this section apply across all gaming and betting activities on beetjdb.

5.1 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All casino games available on beetjdb — including slots, table games, and crash games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by their respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and have been independently audited. beetjdb does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical ability to do so, as all game logic resides with the certified game providers.

5.2 Incomplete Games and Technical Faults

In the event of a disconnection, server error, or game malfunction mid-round, beetjdb will make reasonable efforts to resolve the interrupted game using saved game state data. Where a definitive resolution is not possible, the contested round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. beetjdb is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side. Players in Bangladesh experiencing frequent disconnections are advised to ensure a stable 3G/4G or Wi-Fi connection before placing wagers.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on beetjdb, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
• In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded or a significant incident has occurred may be voided at beetjdb's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Limits will be displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• beetjdb reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice, including in response to irregular betting patterns or media reports of match-related concerns.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned or postponed for more than 48 hours will be voided and stakes returned, unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

6. User Obligations

By using the beetjdb platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.

• Accurate Information: You must provide and maintain accurate personal information on your beetjdb account at all times. You must notify beetjdb promptly if any registered details change.
• Lawful Use: You must use the beetjdb platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use beetjdb for any commercial activity, money laundering, fraud, or any purpose that violates applicable laws in Bangladesh.
• No Automated Systems: You must not use bots, scripts, automation tools, AI-assisted play tools, or any software designed to give you an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market on beetjdb.
• No Collusion: You must not collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit game mechanics, or systematically extract value from promotional offers.
• Payment Integrity: You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. You must not attempt chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting beetjdb support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension and potential legal action.
• Intellectual Property: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, software, data, or intellectual property from the beetjdb platform without prior written consent.
• No Harmful Conduct: You must not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward beetjdb staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the beetjdb platform.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or beetjdb may initiate the closure or suspension of a beetjdb account, subject to the conditions described in this section.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your beetjdb account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Prior to closure, beetjdb will confirm your identity and allow you to withdraw any eligible real-money balance remaining in your account. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened — you would need to create a new account, subject to the one-account-per-player policy and current eligibility requirements.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

beetjdb offers a formal self-exclusion programme for players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool and is treated differently from standard voluntary closure. Upon self-excluding, beetjdb will close your account, prevent re-registration, and suppress all marketing communications for the duration of the self-exclusion period. 7.3 Suspension and Termination by beetjdb

beetjdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, or match fixing;
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of game mechanics;
• Operation of multiple accounts;
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, beetjdb will communicate with the account holder within a reasonable timeframe to explain the nature of the review and the steps required to resolve it. Where an account is permanently closed by beetjdb for Terms violations, any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beetjdb's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the beetjdb platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

beetjdb is not liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the platform;
• Losses attributable to internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the player's side;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate account security;
• Inaccuracies in live odds or sports data caused by third-party data providers;
• The actions, errors, or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other third parties whose services are accessed via the beetjdb platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits beetjdb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

8.1 Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the beetjdb platform — including game outcomes, withdrawal processing, bonus terms, or account decisions — you should contact the beetjdb support team via Live Chat in the first instance. beetjdb aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within seven (7) business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by beetjdb's support team, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected], clearly marked as a formal complaint.
